Metallic materials

1. Steel materials:

(1) Carbon steel: Low carbon steel (C0.25%), medium carbon steel (C=0.25%~0.6%), high carbon steel (C>0.6%)

(2) Alloy steel

-Low alloy steel (total amount of alloying elements ≤ 5%): such as Q345 (manganese steel)

-Medium alloy steel (total amount of alloying elements 5%~10%): such as 42CrMo (chromium molybdenum steel)
